Delivery Options by Order Value
For orders up to £20, you can choose from Standard Delivery at £4, Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For at £4.50, or a Tracked 24–48 Hour service for £7.
For orders up to £50, delivery options include Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For at £4.50 or the Tracked 24–48 Hour service at £7.
For orders between £50 and £100, all items are sent using our Tracked 48-Hour Delivery service priced at £7.
Orders over £100 qualify for free delivery.
Shipping Providers
We work with trusted delivery partners including Royal Mail and Parcelforce, and may also use reputable couriers such as UPS, DPD, and Evri depending on parcel size, weight and destination. This ensures your items are transported safely and efficiently.
Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. During busy periods, dispatch times may vary slightly, but we always work to get your items to you as quickly as possible.
Click & Collect – Local Collection
If you choose local collection at checkout, please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before arranging a collection time. Collections should be made within 7 days of confirmation. Orders not collected within this timeframe may be cancelled unless you contact us to make alternative arrangements.
