Description
The Metcalfe PO315 Little Cardleywick village station is a modest country station building, the kind found at the end of a rural branch line. Its compact footprint makes it a good choice for small layouts, shunting planks and end-to-end schemes.
The kit is supplied as pre-cut printed card with detail already coloured in, so you can build a finished model in an evening or two without any painting. The result is a rigid building that holds its shape well.
It forms the centrepiece of the Little Cardleywick series. Add the PO316 station shelter on the platform and the PO318 chapel in the village to create a scene that looks as though it all belongs together.
Mount it on the PO216 red brick or PO235 stone platform kits to complete the station.
