Description
This is the Woodland Scenics Grey Blend medium ballast shaker. Grey Blend gives a pre-mixed combination of granite tones straight from the shaker, useful for recreating the natural variation real ballast shows once it has weathered and picked up dirt over time, without having to hand-mix multiple colours.
This medium grade shaker holds 945cm3 of material. As a general-purpose grade for most OO and HO layouts, medium ballast gives a realistic stone size for both mainline and secondary route use. Deluxe Materials Ballast Bond, rather than a standard glue, is the better choice for securing it evenly with a strong, lasting bond.
