Established in 2020, Sunderland Models has been proudly serving hobbyists and collectors from our high street shop in Grangetown, Sunderland. Our goal is simple — to provide quality products at competitive prices, while helping modellers of all ages bring their dream layouts and projects to life. Whether you’re a lifelong enthusiast or just starting out, you’ll always find a warm welcome and friendly advice in store.
We stock an ever-changing selection of new and pre-owned model railways, slot cars, model kits, paints, tools, and scenery materials — everything you need to fuel your creativity. If there’s something you’re after that’s not currently on our shelves, we can usually order it directly from our suppliers. Just let us know what you’re looking for, and we’ll do our best to source it for you.
We love being part of the model railway community and regularly attend exhibitions across the region. During these events, our shop will be closed, but you can find all the details of where we’ll be on our Exhibition Calendar page.
Come along, meet us in person, and see some of the incredible layouts and models that inspire us every day!
